  • Warranty registration is required within 30 days of delivery to activate coverage.

  • Torhawk may update or discontinue this warranty program at any time. Products registered prior to changes will remain covered under the original terms.

3. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns are subject to Amazon’s return policy if purchased through Amazon. For direct purchases from Torhawk, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in new, unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

If a warranty-covered product is discontinued or out of stock, Torhawk may offer a store credit or a comparable replacement product at its discretion.

4. ARBITRATION AGREEMENT

To ensure fair and efficient resolution of disputes, any claims or disputes arising out of your use of Torhawk products or this website shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in class actions.
