This warranty protects you against any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the product.

What’s Covered

• Defects in materials or craftsmanship
• Product malfunction under normal use
• One-time replacement for verified defective units
• Replacement units may be new, like-new, or refurbished, at Torhawk’s discretion

Warranty Claim Timelines

• Claims reviewed within 2 business days
• Approved replacements ship within 3–5 business days

Warranty Activation

To qualify for the Lifetime Warranty, register your product within 30 days of delivery at

Additional Terms

• Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable
• Torhawk reserves the right to update or discontinue this warranty program at any time
• Products registered prior to changes will remain covered under the original terms

What’s Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage due to misuse, accidents, or improper installation
• Cosmetic issues that don’t affect function
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Lost or stolen items

Replacement Process

Replacements are limited to one per unit and are subject to verification of a defect.

If your product fails under normal use:

• Submit a warranty claim at torhawk.com/lifetime
• Include proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos or video if possible
• We will review your claim within 2 business days
• If approved, a one-time replacement unit will be shipped within 3–5 business days

Shipping Terms

All warranty claims require prior approval. Please do not return any product without authorization, as it may be rejected or returned at your expense.

Torhawk will cover the shipping cost of the replacement product for domestic orders.
For international orders, customers are responsible for both return and replacement shipping unless otherwise agreed.

If the Product Is Discontinued

• We’ll provide a comparable or upgraded replacement, at our discretion
• If no suitable alternative exists, we may offer a store credit equal to the product’s original retail value
