Order Cancellation Policy

You (“the Purchaser”) may cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund, provided the order has not yet been fulfilled or shipped. You can easily cancel your order before fulfillment by using the “Cancel Order” option included in your order confirmation email.

Torhawk does not accept order cancellations by email or phone. Once an order has been shipped, the Purchaser is responsible for all applicable shipping costs, including any return shipping fees, in accordance with our Return Policy below.
